COBRA use examples by the Dynamis internal ERT
Thought I'd post a few notes about how the Dynamis COVID ERT (Emergency Response Team) is using COBRA to help us manage this event from a corporate perspective. Safety of our employees is our #1 priority, continuing to service our customers is a close second. We're using COBRA to track both.
For our employees - every employee that reports a concern, exposure, or even a question related to COVID is entered in through the new Personnel Health Tracker tool. It's similar to other ATSO tools in COBRA that our customers are very familiar with. We then manage the event from an initial status of red, to yellow, to green as it resolves, with a timeline of recorded events on updates for that employee.
For our contracts, I'm using the new JOC Status Assessment tool - quick and easy way for me to list all the contracts, and have a column for each status area that I want to track - is the contract authorized for telework? Are we able to work that contract and service the customer? With this, we can brief our leadership at a glance and know which contracts need special attention to ensure the customer continues to be serviced.

Next up - we're building out our user list better, with employee's emails and phone numbers, so that we can use COBRA to send alerts out via email, SMS, and Phone call.
