I've been getting requests from leadership on if the default incident home screen can be customized? 

I don't see anything on the Admin page that indicates that you can do this?

  SSgt King,

     Right now the incident home page cannot be customized.  You can change what tool is loaded when you enter an incident by going into your user preferences.  There are customizable dashboards, the JOC Briefing Board (beta version), and the DOM Ops Incident Summary pages which may provide the functionality you are looking for.

  In the upper right hand corner, you click on your user name, which will show a fly-out menu.

  Click on User Preferences.
  

  From the User Preferences Modal, you will see the Incident Start Page drop-down. You can choose any tool in the system and that will be the default page for YOUR USER whenever you enter an incident or press the Home button in the header.
