Cobra Locator
Good morning,
I'm having trouble setting up a locator for an incident. Below are the steps I have taken as part of my process:
1. Go to administration > Locator Registration
2. View Locator Types > Create Locator Type > view Locators
3. Register New Locator
4. Go back to incident page > Communication Tab > Locators
5. Activate a Locator
When going through these steps I encountered a couple of issues. When attempting to register a new locator (Step 3) the newly register Locator did not show up on the list even after the page has been refreshed.
When attempting to activate the newly Locator for an incident (step 5). The Locator did not show up on the list to be activated. The Locator was turned on and verified that it has adequate LTE/GPS signal throughout the entire process(1-5).
Please let review and let me know whether I've missed a step or doing something wrong in my procedures. Thank you in advance.

All locators should have been registered with their respective wings prior to shipment. You should not have to register them again. I will reach out to you directly to help.

I can create a separate thread for this if you wish.
1. Has there been any thought to making different colored “path lines” for when you have multiple locators in a small area?
2. Is there a way to delete and or hide previous routes without having to delete the device and then re-add it to a scenario?

No, but it is a fantastic idea! Any thoughts how you would determine line color? Would it be based on locator type? I recommend you create a post in the Feature Request section.
